Brunswick Art Work   A local well renowned Cheshire artist called Linda Gardner is an amazing find for us, her paintings include a vast array of subjects ranging from pop artists to landscapes.  Her work is displayed in  Dagfields - Walgherton,  Blakemere Craft Centre – Tarporly and many more local art galleries and craft centres

She has been producing art from a very early age.  Linda said that this was not a career choice but a very natural choice that she both enjoyed and excelled at.

In the 80’s she attended London Road art college, she then spent 4 years at Chester University college receiving a BA honors in art and German specialising in painting and sculpture.

She lived in the Black Forest, Germany for five years teaching and producing art of a very high standard. Linda returned to the UK to take up a position in the Mid Cheshire College, again teaching and doing what she does and knows best.

Linda also undertakes commissions and it was very difficult for her to fit our requirements into her very busy schedule but she has not only met our requirements but excelled at them so we consider ourselves exceptionally lucky.

Controversy surrounded some of Linda’s paintings especially the one she did of Tony & Cherie Blair which was subject to great discussion on the popular TV show ‘Have I got News for you’.

Linda’s paintings will be displayed on the walls at The Brunswick for all to enjoy whilst enjoying an excellent pint in excellent company. These paintings will also be available to purchase.
